Our research aims to provide information about better delivery of rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from stroke.

Motor Behavior Lab Focus
The focus of our research in the CSU Motor Behavior Lab is the study of human motor behavior. More specifically, we investigate the recovery of upper extremity function after stroke by collecting behavioral measures through kinematics, kinetics, surface EMG, accelerometry/motion tracking, videotape analyses, and clinical outcomes. We are also very interested in bimanual control and its potential to facilitate upper extremity recovery after stroke. Through this research, we hope to best serve individuals post-stroke with evidence-based rehabilitation.
